Check Out What Our Design Team Has Been Up To!!!!

Our Design Team has been hard at work again!
They have shopped the Croppin Paradise store for the latest and greatest and here is what they created:

Andrea picked up the Pink Paislee Fetching line and created this adorable layout about cooking pancakes! - I love how she cut out the fern patterns from the pattern paper and that picture is so sweet!

Lisa found the Prima My Mommy and Me line in the store and created this fun layout about a Build-a-Bear experience with her daughter. She did a fabulous job with the fussy cutting!

Maegan browsed the store and fell in love with the American Crafts Craft Fair line. She used it along with some fun, bright flowers to document a royal visit!

Carolyn could not resist Bo Bunny Pet Shop collection to scrap these sweet pictures of her dogs!

and Kathy and I both loved the bright, fun, summer colors in the Bo Bunny Love Shack collection! I love how versatile the collection is and can be used for a variety of themes!

What great work ladies!
I hope we have inspired you to go scrap and to check out some of the fabulous new product at Croppin Paradise!

Design Tip from Andrea . . .

So during the AWESOME crop that we had a couple weekends ago, one of the challenges was to incorporate a bird into a card or layout. I was trying to think outside of the box and I stumbled across this awesome video from Julie Fei-Fan Balzer :

I watched the video and then created these 4 cards:

The birds were easy to make, fun to color, and I LOVED adding the wiggle eyes to them . . . definitely gave them much more personality!!
Thank and I hope that you'll give this DESIGN TIP a try!!

Our Design Team is Rockin' the New Products at CP!

Hello Croppers!
The Croppin Paradise Design Team has been hard at work making beautiful projects to showcase the many fabulous new products in the Croppin Paradise Store! This reveal includes projects made using new Pink Paislee, Prima, Piggy Tails and Jillibean Soup! (all of which you can find by clicking above or using the clickable links throughout this post! - Happy Shopping!)

This layout by Maegan features the Pink Paislee Enchanting Collection I love how well her color scheme matches those cute baby photos! She also did a fabuolous job covering the chipboard swirls; they add great dimension to the layout!

The next layout is by another talented member of our Design Team, Lisa. She also used the Pink Paislee Enchanting Collection to create a beautiful layout! I love how both Maegan and Lisa used the collection to achieve such dramatically different results! Pink Paislee is very versatile!

Still on a Pink Paislee high? I used the Pink Paislee Fetching Collection to create this layout about my two youngest children. I thought the colors were perfect, although it did give a red cast to their blonde hair! LOL! I used the circle pattern paper to make embellishments by cutting them out and placing them in the background.

I know most of you have not scrapped those adorable photos you took on Easter, so Andrea's layout featuring Jillibean Soup Cream of Mushroom should serve as some great inspiration! I love how she used the simple Kraft background to make her photo really pop!

Next we have a fabulous layout by Kathy, featuring the Piggy Tales Mary Mary Quite Contrary Collection. If this layout doesn't scream "I'm ready for Spring!", then I don't know what does! I love all the bright colors and fun chipboard shapes in the background!

Finally, last but not least, Mother's Day is on the horizon and I know you have a ton of great photos of your sons and daughters (or even grandkids). Carolyn designed this fun layout using the Prima Mommy and Me Collection. I love absolutely everything about this layout from the fun distressed edges to the little Queen and Company felt border detail with that super cute owl!

Are you inspired? I know I was when I saw these beautiful projects! So, now I am headed to my scrap table to create, how about you?

Remember, you can find all these great products in the Croppin Paradise store. They have a huge selection and great prices!

and if you want to see more of our great Design Team; get to know us and hang out... you can visit us in the Croppin Paradise Forum where you can find lots of inspiration, challenges, contests and great friends!

DT tip of the week

My tip is to purchase 6x6 paper pads! I love these things and they're great if you like to mix several pp together like I did below. I even cut the 6x6 paper paper and hide it behind a photo to give the illusion of a larger sheet of paper. The other fab part is that your scraps are already perfectly trimmed to add to a card. The price is usally $5-8 per pad and they stretch really far.

Supplies used:
6x6 Basic Grey Sugared paper pad & chipboard embellishments
Pink Paisley chipboard alphabet

If you take advantage of this tip, I'd love to see what you create. Be sure to upload to our gallery
and post a link in the tip thread here

TIP a quick way to add bling to your Brad

Quick fun and cheap way to add some bling to your brads.
I just add some stickles to the top of my brad and let it dry , if you get to much you can use a little sandpaper to fix it.

Or you can dip the brad in diamond glaze and dip in glitter or embossing powder. I just use my craft pad to put everything on

Thanks for checking out my tip
